The second quality colleges absolutely love is a student's passion for something - anything! Do you enjoy watching grass grow? Paint dry? Frogs jumping? Okay...I'm exaggerating a bit, but a love for doing something makes a college believe that you are committed to something, that you believe in something, that you enjoy something. That you're NOT a dead-head! Put another way, your child can focus on a single attribute, and present it in a way that motivates colleges to admit.
